    Hey folks.

I just put my website up!

    www.goutwort.ca

Here are a few drawings from it... a conceptual character design, from the earliest drawing on through to something I am happy with.

    Hope you like it!

    Quarky

    Timmons,
Very nice stuff! I am enjoying these. I don't have much of a critique for them. I'm going to check out your site and see what else you have got. I do agree that they get better as you scroll down. The coloring on the last one reminds me a bit of Dave Cooper's work.

I do have a question also: Is there a reason why they have "sails" on their heads? Is it just a theme your going for? Just asking, I think they suit them pretty well.

Man, I wish I had critique, but I really just enjoyed your site so much, I can't think of one. The naked gnome drawings were too hilarious. So far for the most part, the drawings are more evocative than the colored works, but I liked them all.

    french children are 15% scarier

I wrote some sinister nursery rhymes a couple of years ago. At some point I would like to put out a book. I am happy with this painting as a conceptual work, but if I were to publish it I think I would like to take a stab at it with traditional paints. Maybe acrylics.
