Your stuff rocks! I'm surprised again and again by your work. I like these monks and "churchguys" very much. In the moment I'm working on a story with monks and priests and your pictures are very inspiring
    Can't wait for updates...

I have no friggin idea why it still says "Registered User" and not "Professional". Whoever can change that, he should do it soon.

I like your concepts and sketches a lot and i also read your interview. Pretty interesting to imagine your life until now. Go ahead and enjoy being creative, because CA members are insatiable .

salaryman - really nice update my man. i still cant get enough of it. i think the balance between realism and characterization is very, very well done. i think they are right up there with ootomo's characters.

as you seem to be longing to do some other work - im sure it will be the shit, so get it on...

Ahhhhh, I love your pages, such great characters on them, and it's the little details that make all the difference; The bandaid on the guy's shoe, the cleaver and the sausages, the guy with all the bandaids on his face, the double belted hat, the random fish floating around, all these things and your amazing line work and characterization take this to a whole other level. So inspiring........

It was really nice of you to stop by my book, Thanks.

Beautiful lines as usual and some great colours thrown in for good measure.

The angle you choose and the detail you put in are fantastic, how are your drawings so clean?

How the hell do you construct your drawings, theyre all so clean. then the effortless foreshortening at what i would find impossible angles. Shouldnt you be famous?

When you're doing a page full of heads are you using any refrence for them? They're so life like but have tons of style. Wicked stuff.

    it's been a while.

Nothing new really to show, but found out the top secret title was turned down by the publisher we were working closely with. That's the way it goes sometimes, still we're looking at developing other titles with them which could be cool.

So, here's the dev. of one particular character:

    bye-bye bump

the first incarnation is still my favourite:

    bye-bye bump

but we went with a more 'mature' look:

    bye-bye bump

which I then turned into 3D:click!

so then we went with the body suited guy above in concept form, and he had appropriate weaponry and transport:

    bye-bye bump

    bye-bye bump

the lot of the concept artist i guess, (at least in my case), 90% of what one does is never seen.

Anyway: going to mix medias for a bit:

    bye-bye bump

that's it for now, not sure when I'll post again, but hopefully soon.

    cheers.
