    Cow Coelho's Dreambook

    hello again!

im not new, just too lazy to keep active i guess.
ive started a sketchbook once but in case it was posted in the wrong subforum, so this is my second try. i think its the better way to let my drawings speak, instead of trying to write in english, what is definetly not my strong side.
hoping to be able to entertain you guys, heres some new and old stuff, just to introduce me once more.
ive been watching this community for years now and its kinda sad i never turned a real active member...afraid of producing unworthy work mabye?

anyway...here we go...thank you all for so much inspiration! my little present for you below these lines.

most of the stuff above is for my comic im working on with a friend. more to come soon.
and here some speedpaintings ive done so far...traditional and digital.

well...thats enough for now. hope you enjoy and thanks for all c&c!

Wow! Truly inspiring, great start on a sketchbook!
The colourd ones are just amazing, and I can see you nail the anatomy pretty good too. And I agree with hurricane, nice adventures touch on the pics.

-hurricane: thx man, this is the atmosphere i was going for, so i guess i succeded. i never thought of doing illustrations for a childrenbook but im working on a comic which is...well quite mysterious. and neverending...

-tigermilk: thanks too for coming by! i saw much of your work and i was really getting inspired by your work, so thank you again. ill try to keep you as inspired as i am.

    second round...new try, new luck.
the first one is a wallpaper i painted for a friend, and i think its not worth the finished section, so why dont post it here?

well and the rest are just...sketches!

    Hey man!
Just thought i'd pop by and say how fine this SB is growing.
this one especially is really great. It's got a dreamy kinda feeling. Love the colour splash too, looks like his mind is beeing blown away.

    heya again!
thank you, tiger, for your kind words. i hope i still can call this thread a sketchbook, considering that im posting a lot of painting stuff, which i actually wont call as sketch so far...

the watercolour picture was my first attempt in painting with for the last years...im happy with the result and i think i will try again sometimes.

-sawa: thanks! hope youll take a look sometime again!

so here is new stuff, im not drawing very much, obviously, but i hope my mind gets some inspiration soon again so ill be able to present you some more...sketches.

    acrylics and oiled

and here...well thats my main goal for the next personal projects.
i made a pencildrawing, think one year ago, and tried to paint it digitally, failed and decided to put it in my "sometime"-folder.

    first, the sketch:

here is my first attempt on painting it, i did one year ago:

and finally my new idea of how i can finally finish this work:

please tell me...go on with this, or stop wasting my time?
