These are yummy..! how much figure drawing experience?

No crits really, other than the eyes are a bit small or too close together in #1. But I mean, there could totally be a person like that too. Thanks for sharing.

    :)

Hey Kazz....been really pushing just figure drawing in the past year. Before That I was mostly paying attention to portraiture for about a good 3 years.

...damn you're right about the eyes on the first drawing....I never saw that until you pointed it out...I'll see what I can do about it.....

(ok I have spread the eyes a bit on the first drawing based on KAzz's crit)

    Regards

great pencil renderings! are those pose thumbnails actual size, or did you do a full-size figure sketch first and then add the clothes? Just curious.

is this for something personal...or for hire...?

I really like your focus on getting the anatomy of the pose right

careful, if you click on the sketch book link while you are viewing my ca sketchbook you might get stuck in a causality loop

    Thanks for the nods...

Nixon:....my thumbnails sketches will vary in Size(from 2 inches to 6 inches) but for these...these are about right.

    Jack Frost ...they are personal...

trevor:...no they are not for any game company...but Hopefully I will have a good collection for my new site....hopefully coloured too!

Hey 3bLP! I'm glad to see your sketch's incorporating loose cloth now. All I really saw when we were at Dev was skin tight and armored stuff, it was still really good, but it's nice to see your expanding AND getting better!

    great

I think that what I enjoy most about your style is your use of lineweight and value. You have really clean images and yet I can tell that you simple didn't just put a solid line around them. It gives them a nice sketchy finish. Cool concepts.
