    New Member Saying Hey

Just wanted to say Hi. I just graduated from Full Sail with a degree in computer animation, which I will most likely never use because I enjoy drawing so much more. So im here to work on my drawing skills, with your help of course.

Very stylized, good job. Hey, one of my close friends is heading to Full Sail, freaking coding genius!
Anyways, I wonder if it wouldn't look better if you covered the eyes more where the hair is. I think it would make the eyes stand out much more, rather than creating a lack of depth on the face. Then again, that's a stylized choice.
Ok, then, maybe some more contrast between the shades or red on various areas of this beauty. It might gve it more depth, but who knows 'til you try?

Felicitations on graduating! And please show me some more, I love the style!

    Starting over.

    Thanks for the tips

I added some hair blocking the eyes more and also added some different colors so that its not as blatently red as before.

Just a little quick comment on tools. Try to avoid Dodge and Burn tool or use them with parsimony... It's always better to directly pick your colours for rendering then rely on these tools, as they become too obvious.
    Toodles!
