prehistoric game production design
I wanted to post this production game design for somefeed back from you people. I had a very tight brief to work from as it had to be as historically acurate as possible.
Here is the pencil rough and colour finalised piece. Total 6to7 hours work from start to finish.

Looks good to me. Perhaps you could darken a little more of the cave to give more atmosphere, which would also lead your eye toward the character.
Is the outside painted, or is it a photo of a sky?

I like the sketch.
Maybe you could push the cold warm indoor oudoor thing further.
The figure is a bit hard to read cuz details keep diving into the darks. Some details even have a dark aura surrounding them.
Enviroments like these are tricky... maybe google fire cave or something?

it's a pretty good drawing. but i think his casted shadow is going the wrong direction, it should be more towards the right of the image.

You know, I love this piece, I really do. I have one small crit though. I'm not sure if it matters, but the hand mark on the wall seems more for just filling in space than for ant real purposeful imagery. Maybe it's just me. Beautifully well done, though! Bravo!

They're right the shadow should lay more to the right. This is good because it would leave a light space on the wall behind his head which will help him stand out.
The handprint is too white it attracts too much attention, plus it would be yellowish because the light is yellow.
Some reflected light bouncing off the wall would help to define his shape.

Thank you very much for all the comments. I see the lighting issues now and knw what to do to go that step further. The sky was from photo doc I didn't push the painterly touche on it using the paint daub filter and noise to blend the different inside and outs areas together
