    its a character that i am doing on my own, but its only 3764 polys and 2X 512 map so it should run on any console without problem either, and off course if its for PC i could even up the quality in the poly counts and texture map size too.

    that texture technique has always gotten away from me, is it just a matter of applying that flattened image to a UVW unwrapped mesh?
