    Nice simplistic style.

    What was it commisioned for? I'd be curious to hear the instuctions they gave you and how you came up with your composition.

    It was commissioned for an indie comic book. He simply said "Cockroach vs. Ant, Godzilla style, 10 x 15 dimensions." After some research on what roaches and ants actually look like, I made this.

    And the Ant is stronger, but the Roach is meaner.

    I think more variation in line weight in the upper right could have helped. Its kind of hard to figure out whats really going on

    You're right. Will do.

    On a side note, can anyone suggest a good pen/marker for nice line weight variations? Preferably something that is relatively simple to use and take care of.
