Whoa Rusty, I really love the faces in your drawings, and the way you render.
    Beautiful.
Do you have some tips on drawing faces? should you study facial anatomy
or just draw people from life?

Great stuff Rusty, as always. Glad that you're back to your pencil sketching days - not that I don't like your digitals it's just that your delicious pencil renderings make me do this . Keep them coming. One question - seems that you either use huge pencils or draw in a small sketchbook - which is it?

    Holy Crap, Rusty's back!

Glad to see ya posting up more stuff, mandingo! This new stuff is crazy cool. You do the best facial expressions in the three known universes.

That Lex Luthor fellow has great personality, I love the angle. My fave sketch is a close tie between the giant robo with large testicles and the Hellboy head...with no testicles.

But man, if I could do cool digi-paintings like that first one you posted here, I wouldnt ever do anything else! You talented bastard.

BTW: I loved that one with the little buddha popping out of the coochie, reminded me of the story of how Buddha popped out of his mom, walked 7 paces north and proclaimed "This is my final incarnation!" I wish I had been so certain!

Damn, now that you are back in full force, does this mean I have to get off my lazy butt and actually draw some stuff? Gah! Thanks fer the inspiration!

    Toodles!~~~JadeDragon

    -=Rusty Vol 2=- Update (July 2010)

Evil ...no probs my friend, glad youve come back to life ...heck!,any kinda beer will do me man,as long as it fucks me up bigtime and i wake up with a "mom" tattoo and a wife next to me...
bwkeough ..glad you like nutsack bot ,churs.
FuT ...ah he`ll b ok,ive given the little kunt a life long mission to grow up with a burning hatred of me with assasination on his mind....wicked!..thx man
JOSHUATHEJAMES ..thx man, nerds get all the ladies ..huggie snoogums!.
Ilja Murometz ..cheers,not much advice from me other than just practice man, just keep drawing them until it just clicks...
to answer your second part dont limit yourself to doing just the one,do them all!.
thirdeye ...i draw A4 size with these sketches, and i personallyprefer a large pencil, the one i use is slightly larger(diameter) than a standard pencil..Either a HB,2B or 4B anything above that gets too soft 4 my own tastes,i hate sharpening pencils all the time.
JadeDragon ...thx man,i miss your posts.get back to drawing dude i wanna see more of your awesome sketches as do many others.

    Icey,Lono hunny suckle wuckles!!mmmmmmmmwah

Good stuff.. I'm happy whenever you update. The only crit I would have is that sometimes the proportions look odd.... like overly large hands, though you might be doing this intentionally.

;__; I would ask you to opencanvas...except I am ashamed, etc. so .... any wpes?

Great stuff man. On the custom title, just beg Davi or another admin. Technically I don't have a custom title either.

Think it involves the words "give head" and "Davi"
