    Ur new painting is amazing !... I love the details on the face and hair. But I hope u dont mind, I feel that her right shoulder is losing form. The edge of the right shoulder couldnt be so hard and it should be rounding ard a curved form from the back to the front. Hope I am making sense.

    Ah, there´s finally the update! Fantastic!!

    The Frame of Jade with Lilies is terrific - is it purpose-built to the paintings size? It seems to be.
    How much time do you spend at Bill´s studio / on each painting?

    bjoern3000—hi, thank you! The painting is a standard size, so it is easy to find frames. Right now I paint at Bill’s studio 3 days a week and I spend about 2 months on each painting. I’m usually working on 2 or 3 paintings at once.

    that is some jaw-dropping detail! its really interesting to see the progress shots- never had an idea that it was done like that- kind of like finishing a rough painting and then "smoothing" it out - very impressive stuff
