    but ive been drawing
LIES!!!! LIES AND DECEIT! that WOW devil has got you by the gonads!

Thats said, the large ps studies look good, although I dont see any reason to be working at that resolution unless youre either gonna go uber detailed or unless youre printing these billboard-size. Now go finish em up and go back to working in your sketchbook as well you slacker!

Haha, Nik just said it all right there. But in all seriousness, no hate from me man. Just missing the regular updates. Your lines/figures are improving tons; you can tell by the dudes hand that has the spear or whatever through his head. And keep it up, we're ALL watching. [Doom]

I suggest you look at your first page. Take a good, hard look at the art. Switch promptly to the last page.

I hope you see what I see. The creation of a style; it's a wonderful, flowing and emotional fashion in which you create. Keep pushing faces, they are (in my non-professional opinion) where you need the most work. But I'm in the same boat!

This sketchie feels good man, keep it up

He who asks is a fool for five minutes,
but he who does not ask remains a fool forever.

    Starting over.

Holy shit man, an update!!! Nice! From what I can tell, shit's been improving by leaps and bounds! I especially dig the first character the most, your lines = improved. Any time for another update pre-workshop? Either way, keep it up man. p.s. - Don't play WoW. Ever. Nik told me everything.

Whatwasthat? Mothefuckas back! Thanks for the pre-montreal update, now you get to keep your gallery space.

Line work and ideas have improved tremendously dude, now get back into anatomy and proportion studies to give em some flesh!
Might help to finish some of these to have a portfolio to show in Montreal!

What is it now? 8 days! Hells yeah!

Woo, update! Things are looking creative and very full of life, as usual. Some of the figures look a bit 'off', though. I'd just as soon chalk that up to rustyness and think no more of it. I wish I could give some more in-depth critiques but I have to chip at homework if I have any chance at making a Montreal portfolio. By the by, are you making a portfolio specifically for Montreal or do you already have one?

    Heroic ,
i love your ink figure drawing, your last character from OC is totally awesome !
you have may be some proportion issues with traditionnal drawing , but i think it s not the most important , the most important is to have fun and when i look your drawing i think you have that
    keep posting .
btw you are lucky to have a life drawing lesson

    HE LIVES!!!

Looking good, you gotta post these bigger so we can enjoy the juicy texture you've been building up.
Dig the colours and composition, but i wanna see more form and modelling. Keep looking at your anatomy to give yourself more sturcture and forms to work with. The wings look flat too, study bats and the like to get those more interesting as well!

That's really cool. Anatomy is a little iffy though, especially where the buttocks meets the legs. How about posting some rendered anatomy from reference? You do a lot of nice loose stuff but how's your more meticulous referenced stuff?

Awesome to see you post again. :3 Make a habit of it, eh eh?

As I said, nana is definitely some of your strongest work to date. Great pose and design! Proportions and anatomy are still off, gotta hit those anatomy books dude!
the wip looks cool, but i wanna see a more intersting angle. Change up the perspective so we can see whats at the end of the tunnel!

WEll, personaly i like the prespective. but yah, i like the idea of wts on the other side.. this way it gives more sense, and meanings to it.. Thx a bunch.

Throw me more ideas if u think would make it more intresting about colors. Texture. or nething else u have in mind that wouldnt complelty CHange the whole structure.

This is wt i got so far.

    Off to work now.

EDIT: its all rough for now/ btw. no hands for her NOW ;p

Compositionally, maybe make the image taller, make the girl bigger (closer to the viewer?) to make it more dramatic.

And change your pallette, you've been sticking to the reds too much, try a different scheme.

here are some quick paintover doodles of what might work...

The perspective of the floor doesnt match the character, she's tipping over!

Still think she is too miniscule in the composition, the black space on the left ends up calling for more attention than the figure, i hardly even look at her. She is also missing hands still.
Last of all, by using the floor grid as a guide for proportions and scale, we can only assume she is fighting a child or a midget in a hall that is getting narrower (could be that the ceiling is too extreme in perspective, looks like its slowly lowering at an angle)

humph -__--- guess i have nothing to say and upload some new work eh? :p
ok i know i hvnt posted in such a long time blahblah. didnt have "time"
    to scan..
But yah. I got into college/ Bachelour of Applied Arts Illustration.
Soooo... ya for some reason, i thought of scanning my works -__--.. I thought CA would be the only place to help me get better which it was the one and only reason im in college and trying to get better.
So here we go:/ *wave hi CA guys and of course ladies . im Back with alotta Goodies :p
atm im scanning WHAT i have in my bag. a little sketchbook i work in. and have where ever i go with.

Ive done alotta color works recently. water color/ gouache/ Acrylics/ not very comfortable with oil yet. i find it very messy.
Between all the painting mediums i like gouache/watercolor more than nething.
Ive also done alotta digital works, sometimes related to what ive sketched before, taken from sketchbook, sometimes not. So i think id better start than giving u info of what ive done, and what i need to.
What i want is your comments, your critiques.
Ill upload the new works As soon as i get home. -_-''
