I belive I may be of service...

The style you're looking for is very similar to that which I use myself, and would have no problem adapting to anything else you'd like to see.
Please take a look at my website www.artofinterest.ca to see my work and contact me at artofinterest@hotmail.com should you like what you see.

    Cheers!

    To Whom It May Concern:
I am currently interested and available for a position as a Freelance Artist within your company. I was recently laid-off until Feb 1st from my current position as a full-time Concept artist working for Dreamation Studios located in Chicago, IL. Where I work as a concept art for Animations, Comic Books, Children’s Books, and Toy Designs on a daily basis.

Prior to this job I worked at a small newspaper publisher located in Bradley, IL named Classi-Ads. Where I was the Art Director / Lead Graphic Designer. I created on an average 20-30 Ads per week. Plus I would create the weekly key-line layout and assemble the paper for publication with Adobe In-Design. But due to financial problems within the company they were forced to let me go.

I also worked for the video game company Rainbow Studios / THQ located in Phoenix, Arizona where I was employed as a Concept Artist for 2-1/2 years. As a concept artist for Rainbow Studios / THQ it was my job to create conceptual illustrations based off of written descriptions. During my time there, I have worked as a concept artist on the following video game projects: “Star Wars: Racer Revenge” and “Splashdown: Rides Gone Wild”, for the Playstation-2 and assisted with level and track designs, inanimate 3D models, and texturing on “Splashdown” for X-Box. I also work on many other projects that never made it through the approval process. But due to corporate / company downsizing I was laid-off.

Directly after graduating the American Academy of Art in Chicago, IL. in 1998 with an Associates degree in Illustration, I became employed for the Chicago based advertising firm, Cramer & Krasset, for 2 years as a Jr. Art Director / Freelance Artist. And for approximately 7 years I have also been working as both a full and a part time freelance illustrator under my own Illustration / Graphic Design Studio; Mechanical Minds Studio. I have done freelance work for; McFarlane Toys, Impure Studios, and Net Faction just to name a few.

In conclusion, I am experienced, qualified, multi-talented and able to follow art direction, I have experience handling high pressure deadlines and I am always looking to broaden my horizons as an artist and I would like to extend my talent to your company. If interested, then please contact me via my e-mail: briangrabinski@aol.com or by phone at 708-946-6081.

    Thank you,

    Brian Grabinski

Thank you very much for your interest (especially for some artists who send us new drawing samples with the same drawing style as our sample)

We just want to inform you that we will make our decision around 4rd week of January and we will contact the candidates directly. The job would begin next month.

    So please be patient.

    Regards,

    DVX Entertainment

PS. We would really appreciate it if you can inform us your quote (per picture). Please send the info to "Private Massages". The quaility and cartoon style of pictures "HAVE TO" be the same as our sample.

For person who concerns about his "Geography", I would say it's no big deal. We are working with many freelance artists oversea.

    Hi there!

I've got so many things that could fit into a kid's book, but here are a few I hope you enjoy. :)

I have extensive illustration experience for clients such as Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro, White Wolf, Hero Games, Z-Man Games, and many others. Many of my recent pieces have been kid-friendly and I'd love to do some more along that vein.

Take care and thanks for looking!
