    Gettin a feel...

    Pretty inexperienced, but I was just working in my sketchbook and this appeared (Had trouble with boots and one hand so I decided to call it quits and move on):

    This image is so rubbed out...i couldn't figured out the details...but i think there is a problem with the hands.They are small...If you have a sharper image we can give you more constructive crits...nice work anyway.

    Yup! in my opinion, his hand, that we see right now is too small for him. make it bigger and thicker.

    Look in the reference sectiong for a thread davi made about war and soldiers. There are some excellent poses, environments, and soldiers there!

    Hope to see the finished version.
