    Environment= Barracks in the Desert

    Hi, well this is my first piece in painter, the line work was made in paper and the rendering in Painter.. it took me a while, because i was learning painter in the process
    So i was wondering about some culture linving in the desert, that use mainly low tech elements, with some shy high tech around there... so any critics or coments will be welcome!

    I like the composition, the color storkes are a bit to fusy and shy, make it crisp, separate the different layers of depth by putting a bit more atmosphere. (more and more desaturated colors as it gets further back in the picture)

    Yellow and brown was never my favorite combinaison of colors.

    Good start though
    keep it up.

    I'm not seeing how this is a barracks. Barracks are where uniform personnel sleep/live. I can't really tell what's going on with the green things on the right hand side either. The composition is o.k. although the lines in the piece on objects that are supposed to be straight or have a harder edge are a little too loose. Try punching up the colors a bit more for the individual objects and not making them so muddy. Overall I give it a C+.
