    'Tis the Season

I was thinking of doing some holiday themed work, and I thought why not see if anyone else wants to get in on the holiday goodness. It can be cheery, frightful, joyous, demented, whatever, so long as it pertains to the holiday season. Anyone care to join me?

Well, as of yet, no one's taken me up on the idea, but I finished this quick piece, so I'll post it anyway This is the mouse king from the Nutcracker. Feel free to post your own Holiday-inspired stuff!

    sure... i'm up for a beating* - er ... i mean... challenge

like the title says... I'm up for getting whooped. Too bad I forgot my tablet when I came home to Seattle from Cincinnati for Christmas...

how do you want to go about determining the topic (any specifics beyond "tis the season") and judging?

well... i hate to do this to y'all... but i think i'm backing out...

with the holidays i just don't have all that much time to actually finish what I had going... also i'm heading over to the LaQuinta thread and hopping on there...

i'll put the sketches for this one in my sketchbook thread in a day or so.

    sorry for taking up space
