This is pretty cool but I have some crits.
There are so many highlights in this pick that I dont know where to look. My eye is just jumping all around the pic... this takes away from all the good things about the pic like the characters. Also the light sources are confusing, mainly because of the highlights. See if u can work on the lighting; if indeed your planning on going any further with this.

Basic crit but I hope this was food for thought. Keep working!

    A compositional note:

The dwarf is behind his hammer, the knight is behind the dwarf and behind his sword, the wizard and the assassin (I don't play this game, so I don't know the exact names) are behind them and the wizard is behind his staff.
They all fit in the space between the monster's feet. A creature of that size would have a very hard time mantaining balance with a pose like that.

There are several little anatomy problems, and the knight has the most evident ones: his chest is too flat (the chest is kinda an ovoid , remember), and his arm is too simplicistic (find some reference for that).

    I hope that it helped.

In the future, try to avoid so many raw, crayola box colors.

    connections

    Good stuff
i like to see the other assain hand up meeting the big guy
this would draw my eye down.
the plum of the helmut tying in with the wizz hat
also the the wizz move over <-- left so that the wand ties
in with the hand of the big guy
and also the tiny guy could have the shield down distracts the
big guys face also tiny guy sword down picking up wizzard upraised
    staff.
this would make my eye go around the composition without disrupting the
    flow of the picture.
my suggestion maybe next time u might think about this.
