    OC is Open Canvas. It's a small art program for your computer, nice and simple. You can also do more painterly work.

    I'm not sure if this is the site I got it from (it was a long time ago, so it may be down).

    OC is a kick-ass program. You can also share a canvas with other people over the net. It crashes when you do that alot though.

    If you log on to #conceptart (the conceptart.org IRC channel) and type "!OC" into the window it'll give you a URL to download it from.
