    Go Canadian!

A company that manufactures "Canadian" clothing and such for Americans to wear when they go abroad.

'"I said, 'What are you going to do if someone asks you about the prime minister of Canada?' And he said, 'I'll study up,"' Dawson said.
Such questions are the reason for the package's quick reference guide, which offers tips in case an American in disguise gets quizzed on Canada.'

    That's gold.

Having stayed in Canada for over 3 months now...I have doubts that Americans can pull that disguise off.

Thx Jawfish you're too kind. For anyone who's Canadian (or not :p) this is some really funny stuff I got from a friend. It's a video of Ann Coulter and another of Tucker Carlson being stupids. http://www.hugi.is/hahradi/bigboxes....1208&f_id=1211

I've been to Canada and it is a beautiful country.
I fully support Canada,...so much that my 100th post is dedicated to them.

But then you'd have to say things like "aboot" to pull it off right?

No terrorist would be fooled by that shirt. This IS the real thing:

    Go Canadian!

For those canuck wannabes stomped with cultural specific questions like Prime Minister names....just respond with:

    Go Canadian!

What's an inch in metric? Just say....

    "Large double-double"

If all else fail just say you ALSO have a cousin in Toronto and who knows how to get tickets to Shania Twain or Celine Dion concerts!

In the big global picture, we wacky Canucks are preceived a little lower on the offensive scale than Americans. And that's not to say America isn't full of wonderful things as well; I love living here. Hell, I married an American! But I do know since traveling overseas, the glares at the US have become a little more ugly.

Dagnabbit. Why can't we all just get along??

    Flip ROFL!!

Yeah Tim is a bit of a household name for all of us here, the double double has not yet reached international recognition so it would be a safe bet that if you tossed that into a one liner people would think you were canadian.

I have to say that this country is simply awesome, I have been across a fair part of the U.S, NY was my last stop, with each and every time I love home more and more, lol, I don't mean that in a negative towards the U.S just that I love home.

We just have to get our hockey teams in check and it'll be all the sweeter.

    Long live Hortons

Oh man...the Tim Horton's at Sheridan's Oakville campus is the SOLE REASON why people are late for class.....coz they're lining up for their coffeeeeee

Honestly speaking....Americans NEED to work extra hard to pull off that disguise.

Anyone seen that episode of Rick Mercer: Talking to Americans where he asked who was the prime minister to Harvard students/teachers ?
Personally, I'm going to make my own "Accept no substitutes" shirt or something.

    Tucker Carlson is a moron.

Ah, Rick Mercer... my school's winning the Monday Report competition for best
university pub Maybe I'll see if I can pick up a "canadian chicks rock" t-shirt when I make the trip to Hogtown next week. To be honest, I've never called it Hogtown until just now.

I'm stocking up for my Tim Horton's withdrawl when I get to SF... that'll be the only bad part. What sort of coffee shops do they have down there anyway? If it's not named after a hockey player, I don't want it.
