    9.19.05 selfportrait - photoshopcs

    i started on a blue canvas and started painting with red. the only difference in the two colors is the hue. they have the same value, which makes it kind of interestesting to look at.

    Really gooood stuff!
    I like defenitely everything here. The most mind blowing thing is maybe those self portraits. Skintones and that blurring works really fine.
    That fisheye perspective thing is super cool also. Q: How did you do that?

    model by bobotheseal - 9.30.05 killing.imp bobo sdk adventure - textures were made first in painter for fun, it became unfun and were brought into ps

    i was organizing my files and i found the centibaby textures i had lost! i was stoked, so i made a quick rig for posing. good thing i was playing around with burning textures that day...

    learning to texture with normal maps



    made some competition logos to for the game industry critic greg costikyan

    if you hadn't heard, he quit his comfy job at nokia to make his own independent game company (manifestogames.com), or at least a channel for indies to sell their games through. he put his money where his mouth is.

    i posed him! that damned bugged child will not leave me alone. i repainted him for a poster cut out for graduation! it looks great! this is the latest version i have udated:

    i adjusted his ears and added some slime-goods to his belly before printing it out, it turned out pretty rad, i'm happy with it.

    sorry for a lame update, i've been busy with school stuff. graduate in december!! wooo-hoo!! hells ya.

    Hey man, I remember coming across your digital paints over on Polycount, and I loved them then. Awesome sketchbook. The normal map stuff looks interesting, I've been attempting to put together some normal mapped environment stuff lately. Have you tried doing any normal mapped architectural elements?

    Wow great work! Dark, twisted, and well executed...just like i like it. How is aipx, Killing? I live in scottsdale and was thinkin about going there after I finish at ASU next year (I'm an education junkie). I was going to do the graduate program at ASU, but I've been there a long time.....238 credit hours long! Sorry bout the schools post in the crit forum....a saw two birds and I only had one stone!Hee Hee
