    Lightbulb Notebook once again.

I've looked and looked. The boxx technologies laptop look very promising and even more so if the 10% is really true. But I still want to keep myself open here, I've never spent so much of my own money on one thing in my life! (i'm 20) So this is something I don't wanna regret after a few months. I really want to stay around th $2000 range, give or take. I was wondering if you guys can tell me what laptop you have if it is in that budget range and how its treating you. I definitely won't need to run 4 large applications and once, most is 2 maybe 3. 3dsmax,painter,photoshop,flash and dreamweaver are the main apps I will use. Basically i'm looking to use it as a digital sketchbook, and portable workstation. Thank you for reading and please give me some thoughts.

Either Dell XPS or the GoBoxx...

It's a better investment....if you do a search for laptops i'm sure you'll find testimonies...Jason Manley swears by his Goboxx...

what notebooks are you guys using? Specs? What I really want is more opinions from people, not just jason's. I don't think everyone on this board uses a Boxx notebook... C'mon help a guy out.

Well after January..and i score some funds...i will be getting the Goboxx..i don't own a laptop yet, nor will i buy one that is not reputable...

I'm all for saving money(believe me)..but if you are gonna do something, best do it right...

Like i said before, use the search forum function and type laptops...there are testimonials there...this question has been asked many times already...
