hi good work
thinking if he a ninja and he being secret like
putting in the daylight of a white background
sort of undoes the ninja part.
it shows off the figure really well.
maybe try like the one below to put him in the shadows.
game called the thief is a good to look at cause he hiding in shadows alot.
unless he in a spot light on a wall and someone spotted him.
the circle around him would make a nice graphic image.
good work on the costume

yeah shadows tend to be a bit difficult, but i see where your coming from. i tend to like showing off the figure more than drawing backgrounds cause i am not used to drawing a picture with a character/background together. but always good to try new things.

did another concept this time of a mech, just a rough draft hopefully get the final image down soon too...plan on putting more detail and brighter colors in, mostly around the blade hes holding and in the background. like to know what you think so please give me some feed back.

found the orginal concept of this picture in color, started on computer realized should have done freehand with the color. color I didn't care to much for. Check it out.
and heres a new version still under construction but looking alittle better.
would like some feed back. if anyone would like to give me some constructed critisim.

the last one looks good, it's helmet is cool. I love your SF imagination
but I think you could pay more attention to the character's guesture,
for example, in the first one, I'm not sure where is that guy's left leg, and I don't know if he is running or just walking. the 2nd image your angle seems too flat, I can't tell the soldier's position, I don't know how far is he from the door.
maybe you could try to draw with loose line, focus on the character's guesture, try to make it correct, they could basic on some photos at the beginning. Look at some great pieces, see how the masters manage the composion of their works. : )
you'll get better~
yeah i see what you mean with the gestures, some of those were my most recent gestures i decided to try. you know how you'll never know if your good at it unless you try. I really do appriciate giving me feed back. thanks a bunch.
