I need a book of NUDES!

    Hey cats.

Ok, i'm hoping all the bright and sparkling minds out there on the poo forums can help me out on this.

I'm looking for a book of nudes. Male and female preferably. Something I can draw from. I can't attend any life drawing classes, and playboys are trashy.

So any help would be great. A book of normal poses would be best. I own a copy "The Figure in Motion" by Easly. A great book. But something with less movement.

    Thanks for the help!

Well, we're not the poo forums , but I have a couple of nude pose books.

The Nude Figure: A Visual Reference for the Artist: I like this one the most of the couple I have

The Human Figure: A Photographic Reference for Artists: This one's just ok. The poses aren't horrible, but it's an older book and the lighting is pretty bland/weak.

This one looks promising (found on amazon search for "nude figure"): Atlas of Foreshortening, 2nd Edition

Also Sarah Simblets Anatomy for Artists has some pretty nice nudes in it as well as being a generally good book: Anatomy for the Artist

    Hope that helps a bit.

Another I would suggest is the Atlas of Foreshortening. Got a lot of pics from difficult angles, to really push yourself.
