Flaskpost - thank you, yes you are right about the textures, i modified it a bit now
Kevin_ - thank you
towy - thank you, your paintings are awesome
AllyAlbon - thank you, no, I don't work as a concept artist, unfortunately my skills are not good enough to get a job in the industry, I guess am doing this pseudo conceptart thing as a hoby
here are a few more thumbs
Thumbnails are so hot, mang.
You are good enough to hold a job, dude. I think you're just not marketing yourself/networking (I'm bad at it too). Don't wanna be too ass-patty but trust me, there are lots of people who have jobs who aren't even close to your level.

Some of this stuff looks like it could have been used on John Carter.
Love the thumbs (particularly the enviro ones) - makes me think I'll probably do some myself later.
Looking for Feedback! Please visit my sketchbook..
Love those thumbs! You have a good eye for concept art I hope you'll get a job in the business, you're doing great!
Great vehicle designs and thumbnails. If you got to this far with it as a hobby, it makes me think you could really excel as a professional.
Keep up the good work!
Flaskpost - thank you very much
Hunterkiller - thanks allot, yes I will try to get more exposed
Velocity - thank you man
Kambei Shimada - thank you, awesome sketches you have in your sketchbook man
Greenhouse - thank you
Obstfelder - thanks a lot
thank you all for the encouragement regarding the industry job
yes I could probably do the job but an employer has to choose, and he will always go for the better guy even if many others could do the job
as you might know, I live in Romania and the gaming industry is very very little here
in the town that I live the only notable company present here is a mobile gaming company, I did apply a few times with no success
I know people that work there and indeed their work is far, far better than mine
I did work in the industry a few years ago but as a game tester
I did have a couple of freelance jobs this year, working wits some very cool people, but they have been very short and this makes me think that I am not where I should be in terms of work quality
hopefully that will improve and next year will be better
enough with that, here is another wip

You are amazing! Your design just made me shit bricks. How can you come up with those?
You have taken you ship designs to a whole nother level with these last two in my opinion. The hard edge/soft edge distribution and palette is delicious in the newest one. Keep the spirit up. big inspiration, mate!
Your work is amazing; I’m really looking forward to what you post next!
Flaskpost - thanks a lot, yes I would work anywhere, for any decent employer
I know about gamedevmap, I used it and it did pay of for one of the contracts I had this year, I will use it again once I gather a few more things to my portfolio
Rei9 - thank you very much, I don't actually, they are just a bunch of random shapes
Axelga2112 - thank you very much, yes, I also like the thumbnail, I am afraid the final version doesn't look as I expected, I need to do this stuff faster because I see that spending too much time on a design always ends up in messing it up
I guess after a while all forms look the same and I don't know what I am looking for any more
SophieW - thank you very much
awesome stuff man! thanks for stopping by my sketchbook! i am in love with your thumbnails! haha that sounded weird, but its true! great designs, love the comps, and the ship designs!
always love your thumbnails
To hell with circumstances; I create opportunities.
I love the post further up with the 12 enviroment shots in black and white, really nice powerful compositions that look so simple yet so intricate. Very inspirational material.
your B/W thumbnail environments are killing : )
Your last environment thumbs are great. You really got the contranst. You should try to do some more and finish one for portfolio piece.
Keep working hard!

Asa, just wanted to let you know how inspiring I find your work. Your vehicle concepts have such a fresh aesthetic, I'm not sure how to describe it but it looks very different and new. Also impressed by your humility - like others have said, you definitely already have the skills for a job in the industry. Maybe it would be worth looking at ways to increase your exposure and give yourself a shot! I'm sure you won't be disappointed
