    What am I missing?

Hi, I just joined this site. I was hoping I could get some critique on this art piece I made a couple weeks back. I made it in photoshop over the course of a month. My goal when making this piece was to make a digital painting that looked like it was on the same level as other professional artists. I didn't have any particular artist I was trying to replicate, but I wanted to make a painting that had reflective lighting, smooth and crisp detail, and a photo realistic background. This piece ended up having over 100 layers if there are any tips you would recommend when I work on my future projects please let me know.

First thing I notice is the perspective lines don't.. well.. line up. From the gutters to the buildings in the back.

The buildings in the back are pretty darn rough and can definitely use work.

Consistent lighting seems to be a problem. I don't know what is illuminating what or what time of day/night it is.

The bike looks nice, but I have a hard time seeing the front end tire lining up with the windshield.

The can next to the wheel is super large relative to the wheel or her foot.

    The gal is missing arms.

100 layers seems way.. way much. I mean I try to keep it down to four to six.
My commentary is a gift to you.

Hello!, try experimenting with thumbnails using a small amount of shapes and values,at the beginning, i think you focused too much on details, and it happens to me a lot!

here are some examples by a great artist "Kevin miranda" https://www.artstation.com/kevinmiranda
