    Lovely painting. All I can see really is that you need to focus some on drawing hands. (the hand is a bit off.) and perhaps improve your brushwork a bit to make it smoother. Other than that, splendid work !

    There's a raw feeling on your colors, brushwork and painting that I like a lot! As said before study some hands (thinner fingers/ pinkies would go a long way), and while at it wont hurt to check shoulders/ armpits as well.

    Where is the light coming from? I'm having trouble understanding the bright patch on the neck.

    Just saying that the bright patch of color on the neck doesn't seem to match the shades/ colors that you have around it. From the shade on the nose, it looks light is coming from up right corner, so it doesn't fit very well.
    Just check your reference if you're using one. This might also help: http://www.zvork.fr/vls/
