    Lillendandie's Sketchbook

Hello. I'm a mostly self taught digital artist. I've spent the past two years studying faces and developing my skills. Currently, I am working on my portfolio.

After many years of lurking around CA, I am finally ready to share my work. C&C Welcome.

The rules are simple, draw / color whatever your mind wants and don't plan anything. The goal is to create something care free like a child would. I wouldn't say I'm a perfectionist but sometimes I over think things and have trouble getting started / finishing some of my projects. I have a tendency to feel creatively blocked even when I really want to paint. I've neglected my creative side for far too long so I'm trying to build it up, along with the ability to get lost in the painting.

Thank you. My traditional skills are a bit rusty, but I just love sketching when I'm out and about.

I've been painting in greyscale for awhile now. Do you have any tips about going from greyscale to color? That's what's taking me so long. :p

You went wild with that care free like a child would do painting but I like the approach and the result at the same time.
