Round #435 - Transparent Brain Piercer

    Topic:

    #435 Transparent Brain Piercer!

We're going small and sharp for this week's C.O.W.

The Transparent Brain Piercer is a nasty little critter capable of piercing the human skull in order to get to the grand prize: OUR BRAIN! Since nobody has lived to explain what it looks like, you're the only one to have survived an attack by this head devil and now, the military is recording your eye-witness account.

    Due Monday, January 14th.

One thing to consider is the word "piercer" This creature has to have the ability to literally break through the human skull. Our bones are incredibly strong and our skull is even stronger (Especially the forehead area). So, tentacles might not work for the piercing part but they could work for the brain eating part. Think of animals today with extremely strong and durable appendages and body parts allowing them to break stuff open. A woodpecker has the beak and skull specially built to hit wood, Ram skulls and horns are incredibly tough to withstand impact. Ever tried opening a coconut by pounding it with a sharp rock? It's incredibly difficult. Think about a special appendage this creature can have to pierce the human skull.
