What to discuss with an industry speaker.

I will be attending EGX in the UK and I plan to talk to some game developers/artists from different game studios. What are some good questions or things I should discuss with them as an amateur working towards concept art? At the moment, I don't have a physical portfolio or tablet but I understand what it takes to build a proper portfolio and I am working towards such.

Some questions I had in mind:
how did you acquire your career as [x]?
what are you looking for when it comes to the concept art role?
advices for where to find experience?
    panic moments during your job?
    what to look out for?
    etc
