    Question regarding learning head construction

I am reading loomi's book: drawing heads and hands. I am right now at the plate 10. The plate 9 said to memorize head planes. I copied the examples it had until I can draw them without looking at the image. But I don't know how to draw them correctly at a different angle. Plate 10 + 11 are all about tilting the head and perspective. But it's a little vague I think, and the author doesn't guide you in a step by step process on how to do that. Should I just copy the images it has at different angles until I get a feel of how those planes change in different positions? And what about other angles that aren't in the images. How to do those? Thanks!

This is outlined in Plate 1, it may help to study Proko's videos on head construction.

I've heard people throwing around Prokos name a few times. Does he help explain Loomis methods in detail?
