    Protecting Hands/Wrists/Arms??

    Hi all!

    As artists, we draw a lot. One of my classmates in a course I’m taking has tendonitis. I’m wondering: how can we prevent wrist/arm/hand issues from developing while still continuing the profession we love?

    Hi!
    I take breaks every 45 minutes and do some exercises and stretching, actually, I set a timer

    Work on correct technique/posture. In case of trouble, don't wait too long before consulting an ergotherapist...
