    Most of these are pretty good! The rock one looks pretty flat though. The silver and gold are okay for burnished metal, but remember that polished metal doesn't light the same way as matte objects, it reflects the environment.

    I think after this you should work on basic form. Right now you're lighting the spheres like discs, or cookies on a table. practicing lighting and rendering basic matte forms is really important.

    Your occlusion shadows could be quite a bit darker.
