Self taught illustrator in need of a discerning eye

Hello, I am a self taught illustrator, I have been drawing on and off since I was a kid, but actually studying art seriously for the last year or so. Although I see that I have improved greatly over the last year of dedicated study, I feel as though now I've sort have stalled out, and improvement has slowed. Looking for ways to improve. I have included a small batch of some of my more recent illustrations and ink drawings in the link. Thanks in advance!

    Additional Info
Resources I use to learn range from a growing art instruction and reference library (Bridgeman, Loomis, Mignola, Frazetta, Mcginnis, Gibson, Hanuka, to name a few), as well as various online resources, and live model drawing classes.
