Unhappy Im worried about my illustration career and thats ok but..

okay maybe this is a dumb question but here i go

For the 1st time in my life I feel perfectly okay because I'm chasing my dreams and will get an interesting and dramatic life striving for perfection with drawing and painting. Just im getting so worried because i live in a small city at an undeveloped country, also im interested as a freelance full time intentionally. Should i move at a bigger place? what happens for artists that born in small cities and undeveloped country?

I live in South Africa and have a family. I've been freelancing in illustration since 2011. If you want it bad enough you can make it happen. The internet has given us that much at least.
Keep aiming for higher goals though and get used to the fear, it's your new best friend.

That's actually an advantage since living costs will be much lower for you. Living in a highly developed country, I pay 1,2k USD every month just for rent. As long as you have high speed internet access to send files to clients, that is.
