Besides the usual ART-skills, a huge bunch of imagination and ability to generate original ideas I guess?
Then some people-skills, a ton of patience, and the ability to take critique as well as give critique?
Visual storytelling skills is probably also good to have... And a good team player?

    ...I'd imagine...

Tbh this forum is more of an illustrator hub forum

You can look for people like Feng Zhu or Anthony Jones ( robotpencil ) to see what's going on in concept art
People keep telling me : " Why do you keep suggesting courses and books instead of just giving me the solution directly ? "

Well if i could condense all the necessary informations that take hours of explanation and demonstration into a single post, i would gladly do it

It helps to have some understanding of the production pipeline of games and movies. Also, add knowledge of costume, architecture, vehicles, and about every other aspect of human life, both historically, technically and ergonomically.

I posted this in the other thread where you asked the same question
You need to be able to create a fully realized scene or scenes from a short written brief and other supporting documents. they should be dynamic views with interesting color and lighting. The image you create should take into account the restrictions of the medium it is being created for so that it can actually be used in production as a guide for further development. That means being able to render environments including set pieces like buildings and people and tech into a believable setting that tells a story. You have to know how to draw paint and compose an image to a high degree of competence and be able to finish it in a timely manner.
