    Not bad, just a little hard-edged, which makes it look plasticky.
    Next time, post something a little smaller so it fits my screen?

    it looks like he has crooked eyes, which is fatal for a portrait drawing, you dont have to draw every individual hair on the beard. also it seems like you have issues with blending. other than that i think the colors are well done and the shirt looks nice

    id say focus on your edgework more

    I would say simplify and push edges more. You dont have to paint every facial hair less is more there as well Take a look portraits done by Rembrandt, Repin, Sargent.
