    Round #421 Aquatic Leg Snatcher

    Topic:

    #421 Aquatic Leg Snatcher!

Yes, you read that correctly. The Aquatic Leg Snatcher. many of us have a fear of swimming in dark water and feeling 'something' brush up against our legs. Most of the time, they're just harmless fish, branches, or sea weed. But let's imagine something terrifying lurking just a few feet below the surface of the water. This creature has the ability to bite your leg(s) clean off.

Bobby Rebholz: Very cool concepts! They remind me of some kind of mutated tadpoles. Very cool!

Hey Lege1, just wanted to stop by and congratulate you on this last piece. Good job with the values, it has a nice 3D-feel/volume to it. The texture on the scales turned out really nice too. Keep it up! Hopefully I can join in for the next topic.

@Fabianguiza: you are the man bro! I thank you very much for that as a little bit of gratification goes a long way when it comes to motivation. Sadly so many creatives hate on other creatives that are improving and coming up; like everything has to be some big competition, lol. I really appreciate you for the nice words and I always forget the general public rule of art, "the more realistic, the better." I hope you do get to join in sooner than later on the forums. They are looking pretty empty in the times and could definitely use some more eye candy. I'm not sure what your purpose or motive is for creating images, but I know these forums are a great way for me to hone my skills and keep my skills sharp for my tattoo career among other visually creative endeavors. Thanks again and hope all is going good in your world.

Mythmaker: Thanks so much man, been slaying away in here for over a decade now. Glad to make some improvements for sure. My theory is that it's never good enough, and shouldn't, but it's nice to know there is some moving forward some from stagnant waters.
