Hi there, the thing that sticks out to me as the biggest success in this image is the floating book. It has a good sense of perspective!
Anatomy needs to be revisited, especially in the arms and feet. Arms are much too short.
Don't let the edges of your canvas restrict your drawing. I can tell that you were cramped by that foot! Go ahead and scale your drawing layers right in Photoshop using the Transform tool. That's the beauty of working digitally.
I appreciate that you played around a bit with your colors. I still think they aren't quite working here. I'm not sure if you're going for devil girl, Dragon Ball fanfic, or something akin to bubblegum...so perhaps do a little research for existing colors that describe the type of skin you're trying to convey.
    Best of luck!

Don't be afraid to go stronger on the values! The book appears to be emitting light but your value comp doesn't really reflect that, and the shadows could be deeper too on the flipside. The head needs some work structure wise, I suggest starting from a skull to understand what I mean. The right hand (our left) could use some work too, and the arms are altogether too short/small. The grey background could be played around with colour wise

The lighting is all over the place. Choose your light source and make the values fit to it all the way down.
