Your proportions are off. Ear is too low, forehead too high. Double check them

I think a good thing to keep in mind when trying to do realistic sketching is to avoid using contour lines for the figures. In real life people and objects don't have outlines like they do in cartoons.

This should help show things to keep an eye on and why yours look wrong.
Compare parts to each other, and extend lines. Look for the overall face curve, especially in the front. The nose shape is overall wrong in placement. In profile view you would not see the other eye at all. You can see glasses lense. Some profiles that are more towards 3/4 view would get the eye.

The eye is too big. The eye looks smaller in profile view. Her upper lip is smaller than her bottom. The curve for the smile in profile is unique: it curves up then down then up again. The line from the nose to lip was too prominent.

This here is showing some adjustments. Some more adjustments are needed on the ear than I did. Stronger highlights and shadows on face will help. The chin also is still too far out in my example.

I had a couple of minutes, so maybe this helps you a bit. Try to be simple on what you are drawing and take your time. It's a nice reference and I guess it means a lot to you so have fun. I'm a noob my self so do not take my advice to serious ;- Peace It helps me at the moment, somehow I guess...or not ?

Wow awesome feedback. Thank you so much. The lines you added helped me to actually see what's wrong and also to help me in future drawings. I like the rework too. Thanks again.

Draw what you see not what you think you see. Before you change something because it doesn't look right move on then look at it and make your decision then
