Inking needs a lot of practice, and some good examples. There is not much to say about the technicalities of software like Photoshop.

I think a failing of digital art is it becomes really easy to expect to be able to download a brush for everything, or adjust some settings and get the look that you want. Sometimes you just have to learn how to draw.

I generally ink using ink, but a straightforward google search reveals no shortage of digital inking tutorials on the internet.

Browse through them and find the ones using the same software as you want to use. For me to say which ones are good would be normative and you and I may disagree substantially about what is a good or bad tutorial.

Yeah, I'm not too sure if this question was phrased correctly. Before you worry about styles in a comic book sense, you will need to know how to draw the basics. Are you able to do that now?

Next step then is to put up some work for critique. Best way to learn quickly.
