Help with Monitor purchase for Digital Painting PS

Hi, I am painting digitally in photoshop especially for children books and i am looking for a monitor with good colour represantation. I want to be able to see the colours as close to the final print.
I work with CMYK so i suppose that i need a monitor with 100% sRGB. My budget is around 300-400 euros. I saw that i don't need aRGB as an option (till i work CMYK only and i don't have a workstation graphics card) so i think i can do my job with a cheaper monitor as the above two (I did a research and i found those two options between others).

Please tell me if you have any recommendations or information that i should know!
    Thanks!

I wouldn't spend a fortune on a monitor, and leave final colour correction to your publisher.

I just need to be able to see the colours "right" on the monitor. Because many monitors show them washed out etc even if they have 100% sRGB etc.

Dell Ultrasharp monitors are pretty good. I got my 27 inch ultrasharp for around 200 euros (used) and I've been happy with it. I've heard other artists recommending them too. The price will vary depending on the model, but you can go with the cheaper ones.
