Questions regarding some books and paper quality

Hey there, I got some questions regarding how to draw (scott robertson) and perspective framed.
I incline to get first the scott roberston book and from what I've heard it deals a lot with perspective, is it necessary to get perspective framed also? What are the differences?
Now my second question is regarding the print on scott robertson book, i know that hardprint are usually better quality but I'm not sure about the differences in a book that deals with a lot of pictures. I usually don't care about this and I'm pretty happy with paperback in normal text books, but I'm not sure about this one.

Sorry if i posted this in the wrong section

1: They are different books from different authors. I only got how to draw, not framed perspective. The info is the same probably, only different methods. If Robertson's book doesn't give you good results or you want a different approach then you get the other one. ( If you want more in depth knoledge you can read the perspective stuff on [ ])
2: The cheaper the better, its a book about drawing, black on white mostly, not pretty renderings. No need for better quality print.
