Did some photo studies with brush pen and permanent marker. The face brush pen ones all took about 4 minutes each and the permanent marker ones took at most 5 minutes. It took me a little bit to get used to the brush pen, some of the studies are wonky because I messed up with my observations on both, and I think I'm moving too quickly with the brush pen maybe.

Only one today :/. I should try making the figure complete by adding clothes and a real face. For me to do that, I should start studying clothes : ^) because I only skimmed over clothes.

Really didn't feel motivated today, but still learned stuff I think : ). I thought learning positioning of heads in perspective was important, so I tried doing it with imaginary faces also just for practice. It confused me quite a bit and I don't think I did it right, but I'll try again some time. Also I want to start adding clothes to my imaginary figures. I 'studied' clothes but only for a day or two and didn't apply it, so I reviewed forgotten stuff.

I've been drawing on loose paper all the time for the past few months lol, but since I did the permanent marker figures it finished the sketchbook. Would've finished it months ago if I only drew in my main sketchbook lol. I'm gonna try to draw in sketchbooks more now and I should state what my goals are for it : ^). (good poses without much reference, clothes, perspective, and maybe environments)

I just got an Instagram again after a year of not having it because I promised my friends : ^). I was planning to post my art stuff on there, but there was this pressure and stress all day for me to make something 'good'. It might be because of the 'culture' on instagram where everything is perfect. Very unhealthy and that was the reason why I deleted it in the first place, but for some reason I like sharing everything on here. Don't know if I'll keep it or not, but I'l share it if I decide to keep it.

My observation is getting a little messy : ).

This took a long time and only about half done, but I'll finish the rest of it tomorrow. Made me kinda confused also.

Tried figure drawing with pen today and tried to use highlighter for the highlights, but didn't work probably because of the white paper maybe. Messed up here and there, but I know I couldn't have done this with pen before.

First kind of finished pose, which is also very edgy. Enjoy my first steps : ^). Also did this in a sketchbook I haven't used since last year's summer, so that's convenient for my imagination poses : ).

Took a break from drawing today. I need to study for my exams coming up : ^), but I only have 3 more days of school and then summer break starts : ). I started on a birthday present for a friend. It's from a show called Killing Eve. I don't know what the show is about, but I tried adding my own touch and making the reference picture I choose from the show more intimate because it seemed like it was suppose to be that way. I'll try to finish this in a few days.

I think the bottom most arm looks a bit awkward and the right girl's torso looks like it's converging too much, may try to fix it.

I had a very busy day today. Drew people from school and from a restaurant.

Spent about 3 hours today rendering the present < 3. I'm having a lot of fun with it, because I haven't done a photostudy like this in a very* long time. I'm changing the photo a little bit to try to make it more appealing and comfy for me and I don't think I've never done that before lol. The light source is coming in from the right, so I think I should darken her face a little more.
