    Great drawing, although the sea and sky could use some work

    pretty good technique. It looks like you're using a standard #2 pencil in this drawing. I could be wrong, but thats what it looks like. Get some better materials. You've got the eye for sensitive shading(although it could be trained more), and you could put it to better use by attempting similar drawings/paintings with more traditional mediums such as charcoal or oil paints.
