    My first Commission painting

Had my first "art show" on a public bath house. You gotta start somewhere
BUt it was a lot of fun, lots of feedback and a bunch of interest even though none were sold, guess I had too high prices for that audience.

Anyways, got my first commission work from a young lady who saw my paintings. I made a Youtube video of it, what do you think?

Not bad... I am guessing.. snow?

It would have been nice to see more detail popped in there, but save that nugget for the next one.
My commentary is a gift to you.

One thing I'd say is that the sky colour does not seem to affect the buildings at all. It looked better in the video before it went too blue.

Thank you for your feedback Black Spot and Modi123,

Modi123, I'm new to video and don't know much about it but eager to learn so what do you mean by more detail pop up, closeups when painting?

Black Spot. Great to hear this because fresh eyes see stuff differently. Do you mean that the sky color doesnt work for the overall composition and color scheme or do you mean that I just had a very bad image with wrong calibration?

Not sure. In the video the sky and building worked better together, but that was more at the beginning. You have so much pink there, but only there. Kincaid painted radioactive cottages and yours seems to be burning from the inside - it's not a great look. You need more variation in the windows lighting to avoid that. Snow reflects the colours around it, so it would never be that blue.
