Smile Mounting a Picture printed on wood block

I've got a picture sized about 1 meter on 70 cm printed on wood.
I need to hang this picture but am not sure how...

It's a wood panel zig-zaged with the picture itself so I just need to drill the wood and the wall to hang this.
    My questions are technical:

How many holes should I drill? 2 or 3?
What drill bit size should I use?
I'm assuming I'll drill into the wood first and then into the wall - not in one drill to both.
What length of screws do I need? the panel screwed to the wall is about 1 cm depth.

Would love to get your help!
