    Round #388 Spikey-tailed, Two-headed Mole from Titan

    Topic:
    #388 Spikey-tailed, Two-headed Mole from Titan!

Let's look at Titan. It is the largest moon orbiting Saturn and shows clear traces of a dense atmosphere and stable bodies of water. But what lives beneath the surface of the soil? Is there soil? It is up to you to design a mole that could live on this moon. Do your research and make sure your creature is built to live in this martian atmosphere.

Initial thumbnails. Leaning towards a combo of the top mid and bottom one.

I like the latest sketch. I also really like the top middle thumbnail of your first post. It has a very strange antenna/appendage coming off of the head. Very weird!

Thanks Bobby. I'm thinking I might take the middle one to a finish later once I finish with this one.

Here's my current progress. Trying to build up the form / light while also trying to retain the wrinkles/folds in the skin. Holding off on the spikes because cleaning up repetitive shapes isn't exactly my favorite thing, but they definitely won't stay like that.

That's looking good, Dalrek! See if you can play with the anatomy of its knee joint. Make that structure a little more believable.

Just FYI folks, you all have an extra day on this. Hopefully we have more entries. Even if you have a loose, sketchy style, it doesn't matter!
