Angry Want to go to SCAD or Ringling, mom won't let me.

All because SCAD and Ringling cost a lot. I mean, it's a good art school and only focuses on art! But my mom wants me to attend USC (University of South Carolina) all because it's cheaper and that she doesn't want me to go into debt. The only art program I'm interested in is Media Arts, but I have a feeling it won't suit my interests. I'm more into animation, concept art, illustration and sequential art/storyboarding. But USC only has the following courses in Media Arts:

    Digital Media Fundamentals
    The Moving Image
    Digital Imaging
    Sound Design
    Fiction Filmmaking
    Documentary Filmmaking
    Animation
    Video Game Design
    Media Performance
    Television Writing
    Manga and Anime
    Media Entrepreneurship

I'm already stressed out about finding good art colleges and such and my mom being bickerish about what college to attend is making me feel down & feel that I won't be able to achieve my dream career. I was thinking about attending the Art Insititute, but they barely have any good majors I'm interested in as SCAD and Ringling does. Any ways that I can afford one of these 2 colleges?

How about consider apply to less expensive but good schools such as Mass Art. Also, some schools could give decent need based scholarships or give merit scholarships if you get good SATs. Check out Pratt Institute.

Art school is definitely worth it but I have to say you should consider studying in another country. I understand it would be a huge deal to move to another continent but when uni in the US can cost 20k+ a year I think it's worth considering studying at a top art school in europe for anywhere between 0-12k a year. That's what I would do, but if that's out of the question than I think going for the cheaper one might be better choice as your mom says. I am not sure how big the difference in money is but all you really need is a creative work environment in my opinion. The money you save you can use to spend on online classes with top people in the industry. The biggest mistake you're making is thinking is that you won't be able to achieve your dream career because of the college you'll pick. If you work hard and study hard you will achieve your dream career, regardless of school. Good luck! Keep your head up and work hard no matter what, if you do, you'll get there.

Art schools in Europe typically have a different focus than schools in North America, with its huge entertainment industry, so I don't think you can compare the two. Also, I think your claim that 'art school is definitely worth it' is a bit of an over-generalisation. For too many people, most art schools are a waste of time and money...
