    ___________

Been feeling a bit stuck lately /that I'm not improving. I know it might be me expecting too much of myself, and I'll keep on working hard.

while photo studies are good, it seems like you don't know the basics of how to construct a shape. you first need to understand how to make a body out of shapes to be able to copy it, there are many mistakes on that study that could've been avoided if you had only made a sketch with shapes as guides.

i strongly recommend you to watch Proko, as he'll be able to teach you how to do this, and you'll be quickly able to greatly improve your anatomy.

Really nice studies of the hip bones, I would love to see more studies in that trend. Maybe pick something that you would specifically really like to improve in your drawings, something like the face for instance, and then study the planes and skull and general construction of the phase using online resources. Then afterwards you can create your own character applying the things you've learned. Right now it seems like you are creating this character because you want to create a new concept for overwatch, not because you want to improve an art skill. Ideally you would combine something you want to draw, with something you need to improve on. Most importantly just continue to draw though, good luck!
