    Printing

I've been working in rgb digitally occasionally, and thought I might print one or two out professionally as a giclee. Is this a problem? I can convert to cmyk, but I'm getting conflicting advice from the internet. When I converted and did a colour pick I get the below. The new colour is slightly more saturated than before - is that correct? I ask as when I convert on line, everything gets desaturated.

RGB shouldn't be a problem. Typically I keep my paintery bits in RGB.. but the more important issue is to have a high resolution. 300dpi or more.

Is this a Photoshop or Illustrator?

As long as you maintain the color and value relationships for the images I wouldn't worry too much Most print shops want files as .PDF's now.
