    Heavy Artillery Mech

    Just something I created today...
Took about 8 hours- from first sketch to finish. (90% pencil/ 10% photoshop)

I really like your mech a lot, but it is a bit hard to read. Everything seems like its on the same plane and the perspective of the window kinda makes that area bend away. If you put some more contrast into the peice, it would make it stand out a bit more and read clearer. I like the colors and the dirty feel of it. Makes it look like the mech has seen some action. The gun does not look like it is lined up correctly either. Sorry, I am being really picky here.

    Nice job,
    Greg

LOL! Most crits are picky on this site but that's good. Glad you guys like it.

You're right. It is kinda hard to read-and was somewhat confuzing to draw. The body is basically in two separate sections. One with the cockpit one with the cannon. Some contrast would help but I kinda like the low contrast for some reason. The front window isn't off perspective but maybe could be widened.
